   Any ANTI-AMERICAN WebSites, Brochures, Logos or Business Cards

   Any DEGRADING OR ABUSE-PROMOTING WebSites, Brochures, Logos or Business Cards

   Any RACIAL-, ETHNICAL-, RELIGIOUS -, or GENDER - DISCRIMINATING WebSites, Brochures, Logos or Business Cards

   GalaxyDesign2002.net reserves the right to the final decision about conflicting issues. No Loophole orders will be accepted.

   All designs, photos and graphics remain the intellectual property of GalaxyDesign2002.net and are copyright protected, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

   GalaxyDesign2002 is not responsible for server down time. Even so we use the best Server -and Hosting Companies, there will be times when servers are down.These Server Down-Times will be limited to the absolute minimum required for maintenance, to fix problems or updates. GalaxyDesign2002.net has no control over server down-times.

   All contracts will be customer specific with their own details and agreeements.

   GalaxyDesign2002 reserves the right to terminate a contract at any time in case of violations to agreements.

   In case GalaxyDesign2002 transfers ownership of a hosted website account, it will no longer provide any support for such account. At the time of transfer all provided GalaxyDesign2002 owned copyright protected materials will be removed from the website, unless the design itself was purchased. We may replace the copyright material with generic free material depending on each case and situation.

   At time of transfer all information pertaining to GalaxyDesign2002 will be removed form the account. If the account is in good financial standing at that time, it will remain fully functionally, until the original expiration date.
